TEMPORARY OFFICES

The RESIDENCE OFFICES service enables you to make use of comfortable, hospitable offices with modern equipment, for short periods too. If necessary, you will have immediate use of exclusive telephone numbers, with customised answering, fax numbers and the Centre's street address, in a customised manner for all your documentation (letter paper, business cards, folders). You can also make use of our staff for all office work requirements.

A centralised secretariat with specialised personnel will be on hand to receive messages and visitors on all weekdays except Saturday. The voice mail service is available for every room.

A large free-of-charge parking area is also available, and is easy to access from all arrival locations (railway station, motorway, airport and old town).

Every office, is air conditioned and fully furnished with one or more desks, cabinets, chests of drawers, typing stations, and anything else necessary to work in comfort, receive guests and store documents.

Every work station has its own telephone with a direct line for local, long distance and international phone calls.

The VIRTUAL OFFICE® service gives you immediate use of exclusive telephone numbers, with customised answering, fax numbers, address and mail with extension _____@businesscentre.it and the city address of the services centre on all your documentation (letter paper, business cards, folders).

With its specialised personnel and its computerised services, BUSINESS CENTRE®, answers your customers' telephone calls with the name of YOUR COMPANY, recording them on specific forms; it receives, stores and sorts the post addressed to you, according to instructions received; receives and sends (by telephone too) fax messages, making available to the Customer or sending the received sheets by post; receives your guests if any; communicates telephone and fax messages, fixes appointments, maintains telephone contacts.

And that's' not all: all messages reaching you can be made available to you on our WEB Site for round the clock on-line consultation. You can access the information via the Internet, through the area reserved for you ("customer area" on our home page), by means of a password.
