Every 2-room apartment consists of:

• Day zone with table, chairs, a large comfortable divan bed, small tables;
• Kitchen zone, with stainless steel sink, refrigerator, freezer, gas cooking top, ventilated oven, dish washer and washing machine complete with pots and pans, and crockery of all kinds.
• Bathroom with bidet and wash tub with shower.
• Double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables

SERVICES PROVIDED

• CLIMATE CONTROL: Air conditioning and heating: every apartment has individual air conditioning and heating control.
• CLEANING AND BED SHEET CHANGES: Bed and Bathroom linen changed once a week.
• KITCHEN: Use of washing machine and dishwasher.
• UTILITIES :Water, electrical energy.
• ACCESSORIES : Colour TV, telephone, safe, hair drier.
• ON SITE RECEPTION AND ASSISTANCE: our call centre is available for customers every day from 9.00 a.m. to 11 p.m.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

• KITCHEN: Cleaning and putting in order of pots, pans and crockery. The kitchen, pots/pans and crockery must be left perfectly clean on departure. If the kitchen is not put in order, the surcharge in the following point will be debited.

EXTRA SERVICES

• BREAKFAST: available but not included in the prices; price per person € 5.00.
• KITCHEN: Cleaning and putting in order of kitchen, pots, pans and crockery; price per service € 25.00
• DAILY CLEANING including refurbishing of beds: available but not included in the prices; price per person € 10.00.
• CLEANING, including change of bed sheets and towels twice a week; available but not included in the prices. Surcharge for service: € 10.00.
• COVERED CAR PARKING SPACE: available in the car park in front of the building
