LAKE FRONT BEACH

At any time of the day you can admire the magnificent view of the lake, and if you wish, have a nice swim. On request, you can use beach umbrellas, sun beds and deck chairs provided by the Dimora Poggio Ulivo team.

PRIVATE DOCK

It will enable you to spend some peaceful moments amid the beauty of Lake Garda, and, if you wish, to plough its waters thanks to the two available boats: a motor boat and a sailing boat. The boats can be hired with or without a skipper.

BEING CLOSE TO THE CENTRE

It's nice to spend an alternative day to discover the history of the town of Torri del Benaco…or simply to go on an evening walk, lick a good ice cream and buy something…

BARBECUE

Thanks to the excellent equipment provided, you can enjoy a barbecue, ideal for eating tasty dishes with the pleasure of cooking them as a team.

A PERFECT SUN TAN

Parasols, deck chairs and sun beds are available in the park for customers. With the hot sun which 'kisses' Lake Garda in the summer, plus our structures, you can obtain a beautiful long-lasting sun tan.

CORNER: SUGGESTIONS FOR TYPICAL PRODUCTS

There is a Corner inside the reception area, full of the typical products of Lake Garda and Italy: Oil, wine, honey, grappa, etc… , etc….An opportunity to take home a corner of Lake Garda with you…

WELLNESS ZONE

As regards those looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, next spring we will be ready to satisfy them with our wellness dimora (dwelling). It has a professional open air Canadian whirlpool with heated water, and will stay open until midnight to allow you to enjoy a truly breathtaking panorama of the lake at night.

SECURITY

For your security, we have created an entire badge-based system. The badge will be given to you when you arrive and you will need it to access your dwelling instead of the usual keys, because it guarantees greater security. Furthermore, when you have entered the dwelling, you must insert the badge in the controller to be supplied with electricity (except power for the fridge).

ENTRANCE FACILITIES

The Dimora Poggio Ulivo has three entrances, two of which provide access to the car park. All the entrances can be used by acceptance or badge. We are planning to build a subway to reach the beach, without crossing the roads in front of Dimora Poggio Ulivo.

SAFE

All the dwellings are equipped with latest generation reinforced safes, suitably hidden inside the dwellings. A recognition code is necessary to open the safe.
