- It takes place every year in May and December in the Verona fair.
- The exibition represent an important commercial change to traders and collectors, enhanced by various cultural and commemorative events.
- The exhibition spreads over an of 11.000 sq.m. area and is divided into the following sectors: philately, numismatics , hobbies, postcards, telephone cards/kinder and small antique dealing. Stands (including undersize stands) and tables are available for hire.

How to get to VERONAFIL: - By plane: the airport of destination is Verona Villafranca, which is 13 km away from Verona fair-trade centre. At the airport it is possible to hire a car, to take a taxi or bus.
- By train: Verona Porta Nuova train station is 1.5 km away from the fair-trade centre. Taxis and buses can be found outside the main entrance ( autobus linee 21 - 61 Fermata Fiera ).
- By car: if driving on the motorway "Venezia-Milano" it is necessary to take the "Verona Sud" exit and then the first left. After two kilometres you should arrive to the fair-trade centre.

Parking spaces at the trade-fair centre:
A parking space is allocated to each trader taking part in Veronafil for one car only at the far-trade area. Cars cannot be left in the car park overnight
Admission of traders/exhibitors:
Traders enter the pavilion through door D using their personal and car passes, which can be collected at the D Entrance of the fair-trade centre. The fair-trade centre also provides a trolley service

PUBLIC ADMISSION IS FREE.

Not far from the fair site, exhibitors and visitors can lodge at RESIDENZA SAN TOMASO placed in central Verona, or at b & b SAN CIRIACO RELAIS located in Verona Valpolicella.
